I understand that when I fill out this entry form and thereby enter the media (hereafter called entry) in Superfest, that I indemnify, release and hold harmless Superfest, its manager, sponsors, cosponsors, individual and institutional supporters (hereafter called the Media Festival) from any liability related to the use of my entry.  I understand that in sending my entry to Superfest, I indemnify, release and hold harmless the Media Festival of any damage or loss that might happen to my entry.  I am the person responsible for making the decisions to enter this media material in Superfest and give my permission to the Media Festival to exhibit my entry at Superfest events that include, but are not limited to, preview exhibitions and showings over cable television.  If my entry is an award winner, I give my permission to exhibit my entry at the various screenings of the award wining entries and authorize CDT to retain my entry for up to one year if it is selected for a major Superfest award.
